10 Items You Always Clean It The Wrong Way

Our parents teach us how to do the cleaning. In turn they learned from their parents and so on. So we go forward for a lifetime to wipe as you have always done.

If your father dusts in a certain way, you do it by imitation in the same way, but if we told you that the way to do the housework as well as it has been handed down for generations was wrong? Well, not completely wrong but there are more efficient ways to do it and in less time.

1. Cutting boards
Cut a lemon, pour salt on wooden chopping board and rub it well, then wash with SOAP and water. You will be able thus to thoroughly clean by removing also those small particles that may be stuck in the wood.

2. Trays

Rub the baking pans with SOAP for washing dishes is not sufficient to remove all the dirt. Prepare a mixture with 1/4 cup of baking soda and enough hydrogen peroxide to get a soft dough. Use it to rub the Pan and leave to act for a few hours. Rinse with water, the result? Like new!

3. Shower

A simple spray and a sponge are not sufficient to give the light of the cone of your shower. But there is a simple and efficient way to restore it to its original splendor. Take a plastic food bag, pour white vinegar inside, fit it on the cone and close with a garter stitch. Let it soak for an hour, a damp sponge and will be as good as new.

4. Mattresses

The mattresses are a great challenge to clean. First wipe the vacuum cleaner to remove any remaining. Then, sprinkle the mattress with baking soda on the entire area. Let it sit for a few hours and then wipe the vacuum cleaner. Finished!

5. Microwave

The easiest and most efficient way to thoroughly clean your microwave exist. Put in the oven a container with water and vinegar, turn heat up to maximum temperature for at least 2 minutes. Dry with a cloth, your microwave will be clean and shiny.

6. Toothbrushes

A surprising number of people does not clean your toothbrush! Not only should replace your toothbrush every 3 months, more or less, but it should be cleaned regularly. Take a clean glass and fill it with white vinegar. Soak your toothbrush for a few hours. Simple huh?

7. Toaster

If to clean your toaster you simply shake it upside down every now and then, well, it’s not enough. Also the exterior should be cleaned and luster. There is a very simple way: take the cream of tartar, some water and a sponge rub to the outside of your toaster. As good as new, shiny and bright. And the Interior? many models have removable drawers to remove all the crumbs easily.

8. Oven

Usually it takes hours to clean the oven and it is something that we tend to put it off for this, until you get to the point of no return! But there is a solution much simpler and faster. Mix baking soda with water to form a dough that is fairly thick, spread inside the oven and let it soak overnight. Then, sprinkle a bit of white vinegar and clean with a damp cloth. Switch the oven at a low temperature for 20 minutes to dry. Like new!

9. Blinds and shutters

There is a very effective way to quickly clean the shutters but many of us still do not know him. Wear a cotton sock soaked in vinegar and water on your hand and move the lists of taxes and of the shutters, one by one. Very easy.. For drying use the other sock, and you’re done.

10. Pictures and paintings
